CrossFit Hardcore, known as CFHC, is a fitness facility that follows the principles of CrossFit. In addition, we offer One-On-One Training, Sports Specific Programs for athletes, Kettlebell Training / Instruction, as well as Personalized Nutritional Programs.

CrossFit is a lifestyle in which you are prioritizing your health. The ability to do many different things at a high level of intensity. Its the absolute best way to help you reach your fitness goals. One of the things that makes CrossFit Hardcore so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, firefighters, you name it. GAIN FITNESS SKILLS

CrossFit workouts are designed to improve on a long list of skills, believed to encompass the full spectrum of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance. Too bad "appetite" didn't make the cut.

NO WORKOUT LIKE IT

You will discover team work, your competitive edge, your strength (mental and physical), and desire to improve every single time you come in to workout. It is a combination of cardiovascular, strength, agility, balance, flexibility, coordination and so much more!!! We can guarantee, that you have never had a workout experience like this before. WE PROMISE.

YOUR OWN PERSONAL TRAINER

Every session has at least one and most likely 2 coaches, and by the way we coach/train, its like having your own personal trainer. Thus ensuring proper technique and guidance. We try not to accommodate more than twelve people per class, but rest assured our coaches will provide you with safety, motivation and a shot on "intensity", that will take your fitness to a whole new level.

SAFETY IN MIND

"Scalability" is a word that you will hear frequently here at CrossFit Hardcore. During each class, everyone does the same workout, but that workout will always have several scaling options. This makes it possible for all of us - with our different body types, personal goals and levels of ability - to work alongside one another safely. We motivate one another, cheer one another on, and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But, ultimately, every workout is yours alone. Your workout = your pace.

WHAT IS A ‘WOD’

WOD stands for "Workout of the Day." The WOD descriptions are very literal; don't read into them. If it says "squats" it means bodyweight (aka "air squats") - no added weight, unless it says back squats or front squats. A "rep" or repetition is one iteration of a movement. One bench press, one squat. A "set" is a group of reps: ex. 10 reps =10 bench presses. 3 sets is do a group of repetitions, rest, repeat, rest, repeat. So, 3 sets of 10 (reps) is 10/rest/10/rest/10. Sometimes a WOD says deadlift 3-2-2-1-1-1. This means a set of 3 reps, a set of 2 reps, another set of 2, a "set of one" aka a "single.".

ARE THE WODS PERFORMED IN GROUPS

Yes, the training offered by CrossFit HardCore is performed in a group setting, at pre-determined times throughout the day. Each group training class offered on a particular day and conducts the same workout of the day, or “WOD.” If you miss a morning class, you can pick up an evening class without missing a beat. Group Training Classes are infinitely scalable according to the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of each athlete. Additionally, select elements of each workout can be customized to suit the capabilities, fitness-level, or fitness goals of each attendee.

WHERE ARE WE LOCATED

CrossFit Hardcore facilities are located from Palm Beach to Miami in Southeast Florida. Our main box is called CrossFit Hardcore and is located in Northeast Boca Raton, FL. We have 3 additional Boca Raton locations serving Central Boca Raton, East Boca Raton, and West Boca Raton. We also have a Kids & Teens specific box located in East Boca Raton, FL. We have a box located in West Palm Beach, FL called CrossFit Hardcore North. In addition we have 2 Pompano Beach, FL locations. The first is located in East Pompano Beach and the other is CrossFit Hardcore Central in Pompano Beach. Our southern most box is CrossFit Hardcore South and is located in Miami, FL.

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

GROUP TRAINING

The training offered by CrossFit HardCore is performed in a group setting, at pre-determined times throughout the day. Each group training class offered on a particular day conducts the same workout of the day, or “WOD.” If you miss a morning class, you can pick up an evening class without missing a beat. Classes are lead by a head instructor or “coach.” Group Training Classes are infinitely scalable according to the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of each athlete. Additionally, select elements of each workout can be customized to suit the capabilities, fitness-level, or fitness goals of each attendee.

ALL-OUT EXERTION

Workouts are typically short—30 minutes or less—and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. They combine movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises; equipment used includes barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, and boxes for box jumps. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form prescribed "Workouts of the Day" or ""WODs".

STRIVE FOR RX

The Rx is probably one of the first things a CrossFitter strives for. It is simply a standard for how each movement should be performed. Rx also is a used as a standard for how much weight will be used while performing the movement. To achieve Rx a Crossfitter must complete each rep of a specific exercise the correct way. This is by no means a way to discourage anyone but rather sets a level of performance to strive for. We all like to compete – in a friendly way – against each other, so we must keep the standards the same in order to compare times/strength correctly. Your first goal should be to BETTER YOURSELF, we always say that “TIME” is secondary to form. Who cares if you got first but you didn’t push yourself as hard as you could have and/or your form looks like shit.

THE ENDURANCE CLASS 'E-CLASS'

Crossfit Hardcore’s endurance class is for everyone. Power and speed are important components of the endurance world. This class is for crossfitters, endurance athletes, and those who would like to work on their stamina or form of running. The class teaches the "Pose Method" of running. It will incorporate drills to perfect form and function for proper running mechanics. These technique principles have proven to speed recovery time, increase performance, and reduce injuries. The class is diversified each week with different workouts. It also focuses on proper warm up, stretching, and mobility to improve function and level of output.

HOW MANY LOCATIONS DO WE HAVE

CrossFit Hardcore currently operates 8 [eight] boxes in Palm Beach County and Broward county under the CFHC umbrella. We have 4 locations in Boca Raton, including our main facility. We also have 2 locations in Pompano Beach, FL for our members in the Pompano Beach area. Furthermore we have 1 Palm Beach box that is located in Royal Palm Beach and 1 Miami box located in Miami, FL.
